The Space:

This exceptional home seamlessly blends comfort and adventure, offering tranquil sunsets from the back patio and picturesque vistas of the Sandia foothills from the front. Nestled in a charming neighborhood known for its cameo in "Stranger Things," this getaway provides convenient access to the multi-use Sandia Mountain Trail system, making it perfect for nature enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike.



The home offers an open and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to maximize your comfort and create lasting memories. The common areas feature two captivating gas fireplaces and ample room to relax, work, or play with board games, air hockey, and toys for the children. Seamlessly enjoy your favorite shows and streaming subscriptions on the 55-inch TV with Roku, soundbar and subwoofer.



Located in the "Land of Enchantment," Albuquerque is a vibrant city filled with culture, history, and stunning landscapes. This home, situated in foothills on the city’s eastern side, offers easy access to all that Albuquerque has to offer including the world-famous International Balloon Fiesta, a vibrant culinary scene, a burgeoning cinema/studio scene, and the middle Rio Grande valley’s array of outdoor sporting activities.



Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast or enjoy simplicity, you will find the kitchen thoughtfully designed to cater to all your needs, featuring premium appliances and a granite island with bar chairs for casual dining and socializing while cooking. Coffee aficionados will appreciate both an espresso maker and a drip coffee maker. A delightful selection of spices ensures you can always add a flavorful touch to your dishes. The gorgeous wooden dining table accommodates up to ten guests, making it perfect for gatherings and shared meals.



Get away to one of five cozy bedrooms, three of which feature king-size beds. The primary suite entails a beautiful ensuite bathroom and a large, ventilated walk-in closet with a Pack ’n Play for an infant. The fourth bedroom with dual full-size beds is a cheerful space designed with children in mind, but perfectly suitable for adults as well. Near the common areas and the kitchen but separated by a barn door, the mixed-use office/fifth bedroom offers a beautifully decorated workspace with a comfortable twin-size daybed, desk, office chair, and desk lighting. Relax and enjoy our excellent entertainment options for all ages! Our property offers a variety of board games and a Nintendo system pre-loaded with 16 exciting video games.

Guest Access:

Guests are provided a unique code for the smart lock system to use for the duration of the stay. Feel free to explore and make yourself comfortable throughout the house, except for one storage closet in the hallway, the locked storage cabinets in the garage, and the basement under the back patio. Guests are provided full use of the three-car garage with a garage door opener.

Outside, the tranquil neighborhood offers picturesque views of the Sandia Mountains and foothills, inviting you to embrace the natural beauty surrounding the "Desert Skyline Getaway."

Take a ride on the Sandia Peak Tramway, the longest aerial tram in the world, to witness breathtaking panoramas of the city and surrounding landscapes. Visit the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center to learn about the rich Native American heritage of the region. Experience the lively atmosphere of Old Town Albuquerque, filled with historic adobe buildings, shops, and restaurants.



For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Sandia Mountains offer a plethora of hiking and biking trails, as well as opportunities for skiing and snowboarding during the winter months. Please observe the house rules, including no local guests booking within 25 miles, a minimum age requirement of 25 for booking, no pets, and no street parking. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and smoking, vaping, and consuming illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property.

OCCUPANCY

The home sleeps up to 9 adults. Children under 12 must be included in your reservation guest count and are subject to applicable fees, but they do not count toward the 9-adult limit.

The home has sleeping space for more, but occupancy is capped at 9 adults for everyone’s comfort with 2.5 bathrooms.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Every stay at Irvie Homes includes up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection, subject to underwriter approval.

Coverage is intended for accidental damage to furniture, fixtures and appliances. It does not cover intentional damage, smoking or pet damage, landscaping damage, house-rule violations, or losses exceeding the $3,000 limit.

Additional exclusions include motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, guests’ personal belongings, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property and electronic data. Losses resulting from gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.

Guests remain responsible for damage that falls outside the protection or exceeds the coverage limit.

SAFETY + HOME SYSTEMS

Your safety matters. The property may use a Ring doorbell, exterior security cameras and a NoiseAware anti-party monitoring device or similar technology. There are no interior security cameras.

As with many homes in New Mexico, wildlife may occasionally be present on or near the property. Children should be supervised outdoors.

The home uses an evaporative cooler during the warmer months and forced-air heat during winter. The evaporative cooler typically operates from approximately mid-April through late September or early October.

A personal vehicle is the easiest way to explore Albuquerque from the foothills. Uber and Lyft operate throughout the city, and ABQ RIDE provides public transit service.
