The Villa Boracay is a fantastic property with a privileged location in São Rafael, Albufeira, a short walk from the golden sandy beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes. Situated in a tranquil location, perfect for families, Villa Boracay is the ideal refuge for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

This incredible 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 6+3 people, with 1 double room, 1 twin room, and 1 room with bunk beds (2 single beds), as well as 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed to cook at home, and the inviting living/dining room offers comfortable seating, television (where you can enjoy available international channels) and a dining area for family meals.

Outdoors, you can enjoy the garden and private pool (heatable as an optional extra), as well as the ping-pong and billiards table. Outdoor meals cooked on the brick barbecue can also be enjoyed on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Parking is available within the property.

Villa Boracay benefits from air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The property allows for total relaxation, being just a short walk from a wide variety of renowned restaurants, some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve, where you can enjoy water sports, and just a short distance from an excellent golf course. The city of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, the charming old town along Fisherman's Beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs, and shops, is located about 10 minutes by car.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Great place to stay and the heated pool was a real bonus. The only issue were the ants in the villa, but I think you get those everywhere.

From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and the warm hospitality were evident. The villa itself was not only beautifully designed but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The amenities provided, from the fully-equipped kitchen to the comfortable and stylish furnishings, made our stay both luxurious and convenient.

Very comfortable and extremely well equipped (especially the kitchen). Outside areas just perfect. Swimming pool good size. Plenty of space around the pool for loungers and furniture. Location - a quiet residential area, close to the beach, very safe, lots of families around and friendly neighbours. 15/20 minutes walk to lots of cafes and restaurants and two small supermarkets. We used Uber the whole time to get around further than this - couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The house was very well presented, with all the essentials. Communication with the local rep was excellent. The heated pool was perfect for the children. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone!
