Casa do Mar by Laranjal Rentals es una villa fantástica con piscina privada segura y barbacoa. Todas las divisiones son acogedoras, cómodas y espaciosas, 5 amplias habitaciones con baño y una amplia sala de estar / comedor / juego con más de 70 metros cuadrados con mesa de billar. Puede disfrutar del sol del Algarve en esta Villa relajada, bien equipada y muy bien ubicada. Situado en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de varios servicios, supermercados, buenos restaurantes, bar, cafetería, tienda de comestibles inglesa, mercado de pescado local, etc ... todo a menos de 5 minutos a pie. La playa y el casco antiguo de Olhos d'agua están a 10 minutos a pie. Todos los grandes campos de golf de Vilamoura cerca. Albufeira a 5 minutos en coche.
Recientemente agregamos un jacuzzi para 6 personas al lado de la piscina que se puede usar junto con la calefacción de la piscina por 350 € o 200 € por separado. Calefacción de piscina disponible por 300 € / semana o estancia si es más corta.

1 week in caso do mar

We stayed here at the end of August 2023 (family of 10). Had a lovely time and great memories made! Supermarket is about a 10 minute from the property and a Lidl a short cab drive away. The villa had everything we needed in terms of cooking equipment and a decent sized BBQ which we used a couple of times. The beach is a bit further of a walk around 20-25 mins. We ate out a couple of times and would recommend the Italian restaurant about 15 walk from the villa. We also ate at A Lagosteira which was the other side of town but we’ll worth the cab fare👌 The villa itself was very nice and clean upon arrival and an easy check in process (had to pay extra for Sunday checkout). It has decent pool table which kept everyone entertained! The pool was nice and clean we paid extra for the heating and think it was worth it as is the hot tub. Inside the villa has everything you need and the beds were really comfortable. Overall we had a really great time and would certainly recommend 👍👍👍

Overall experience was enjoyable. Only concern was the walk to the beech and back could be at times challenging-steep hills, but tolerable. Didn’t spoil the holiday.

Fantastic, spacious villa

Lovely property with very spacious rooms. The property was very clean and ready for our early arrival. The property owner offers fantastic service at every point of the booking process and throughout the stay. For us though, the only downside was in location. With 2 small children, the makeshift pathway to the centre of the resort was too difficult to navigate with pushchairs.

What a place!

We had an amazing stay here. The villa is out of this world and we were very sad leaving. We were a group of ten adults, one child and two babies and the villa is so big and spacious we never felt too on top of each other. The pool is huge and the outdoor space is amazing. We had no issues at all with this villa. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Casa do Mar-vellous!

For around a decade we have stayed at this very well-located, spacious, elegant villa which is situated in the laid-back, friendly fishing village of Olhos d'Agua. Although it is in a slightly, secluded cul-du-sac due to a short, sandy pathway you are only a 2 minute walk from a well-stocked supermarket, bars and restaurants. A further 5 minute downhill walk brings you to the lovely sea-front/beach from where you can access the beautiful bigger Falesia beach. The villa itself is very impressive with 5 en-suite bedrooms (3 of which are upstairs with picturesque views of countryside to the front and back and the ocean to the south), spacious room inside and out for eating, Wi-Fi, very good security system, Jacuzzi and best of all for us a large-size very inviting west-facing swimming pool which gets the sun all day long. As ever Joao (the owner) is very amenable to deal with whilst Elia and Luis are there with a friendly welcome and for any problems that may arise during your stay. This is an ideal villa and location for people of all ages and is highly recommended!

This was our second visit to the villa as we had stayed there last year. It is a great place to stay with everything you need. Very clean and well equipped. The only down side was the wifi was very slow and kept cutting off. But would stay there again.

Beautiful Home

This is a great home for a family or group. We loved the pool table and hot tub (too cold for the pool this time of year but I am sure it is fabulous). We walked to market and near by restaurants and enjoyed the peacefulness. The beaches near by are beautiful.

Another wonderful stay. We have stayed here four times now and have already booked for next year. The heated pool is perfect for family use - babies and elderly alike! It is the perfect villa, in a quiet location, but just on the edge of all the town's facilities. No need for a car.

Great location, quiet but only 5 mins from shops and 15 mins walk to the beach. Paid extra to have the pool and jacuzzi heated, which was great and used every day. Perfect for a big family group. Would definitely stay there again

The villa was perfect for our family.

Placed with a little distance to the rest of the city, but still with only 5 minutes to a supermarket and other necessities, it suited us very well. The villa is kept very nicely, clean everywhere. The kitchen was equipped with sufficient tableware even for a family of 12. With two small children running around it was very good that the pool is fenced in. The only thing that we missed were a couple of sofas outside.

AWESOME, FANTASTIC.........DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE!!!!

We have just returned from our second 2 week holiday at Casa Do Mar and I've got the holiday blues. Book this villa and I promise you, you wont be disappointed. Elia and her housekeeping ladies greet you and are ALWAYS friendly and helpful and do a great job! Luis (the gardener/pool guy and handy man) is also friendly and very helpful. Mr Barretto always returns emails and provides all the information you may require. The Villa has EVERYTHING you will need for a prefect holiday. As previously stated, this was our second visit here and adore it. This time there were 10 of us (ages ranged from 12-65). Olhos D'Agua has the perfect balance of tourism and authenticity. Far enough away from hustle and bustle but close enough should you require it. Great beaches (find your way to Falesia Beach, gorgeous!) There's a supermarket 5 min walk away, numerous bars and fab Portuguese restaurants. We took a taxi to Vilamoura for the day and some of our party hired cars to visit the markets at Quarteira. I'd move here if I could. Book this villa, it's worth every penny!!!!

Honestly a lovely holiday

This villa was such a lovely villa to stay in. None of the funiture was budget, all the rooms were luxury. Pool heating was well worth it as our holiday was at the beginning of November. I was a bit worried when I refundable damage deposit was asked for as I've always put a debit card on hold before so I was worried I wouldn't get the deposit back however when seeing that we had taken good care of their property all the deposit was returned without fuss. There are shops and restaurants near by, the main areas old town and the new Town are a 5-10 minute drive/taxi ride, we had cars hired but also used taxis which are easy to come by. I really enjoyed this villa and holiday. We offered cooked and used the bbq twice, all utensils supplied. Thankyou for letting us rent out your beautiful villa for a week :) x

Spacious, homely, well-located villa.

This was our 3rd visit to Casa do Mar and we still love the villa, the town and the beaches as much as ever. We have already booked again for next year, which is the biggest compliment we can pay. The heated pool was loved by all the family, both young and old. The owner and his team are really friendly, offering support before and during our stay. The location of the villa is ideal with a rural outlook but within very easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary.

Geweldig!

Casa do Mar in Olhos is een zeer prettige, zeer ruim villa met vele extra's . Prachtig zwembad, veel terrasruimte, je kan altijd in zon of schaduw zitten naar keuze, pool- tafel binnen, goede leesstoelen. Omgeving is niet volgebouwd, huis ligt niet ver van de winkels of de kleine strand. De eigenaar en zijn huishoudster zijn steeds zeer vlot met vragen beantwoorden geweest, en zeer voorkomend. Als familie hebben we een absoluut verrukkelijke week gehad!

Excellent Villa for large family

We stayed in this Villa in late September for 1 week with a large family including young children. The villa is fantastic, larger and nicer than the pictures suggest. The pool is a good size and in the sun for most of the day. We paid extra to get the pool heated as we had infants with us and it was well worth it as they stayed in all day. The downstairs is open plan with a nice living room, lovely pool table and kitchen. The kitchen isn't massive but has everything you would need. All the bedrooms are a good size and each has it's own ensuite. The villa is well located with a 5 minute walk across a sand path to a large supermarket which is very central. Alternatively you can walk on the road to the main street which is less than 10 minutes anyway. All in all we loved our stay here and would highly recommend for a large family or group.

Memorable Family Vacation!!

This villa was perfect . We were a family group of 12 (3 generations) and this place was incredible . Spacious, clean , great outdoor space , amazing pool, ensuite in every bedroom. Close to everything , beach, groceries, restaurants , cafes. Great communication with the owner Joao and his staff. We highly recommend this place for larger groups , you will not be disappointed.

Excelente semana em Olhos de Água

O sol do Algarve convida e a Casa do Mar sabe acolher. A casa é impecável, muito bem equipada, não falta mesmo nada (cozinha quartos e sala, incluindo jogos e um espectacular frigorífico na sala ideal para as minis). Muito bem climatizada, a piscina estava impecável, bem limpa e é bastante soalheira. Muitas cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras, dava para estarmos todos à vontade. A casa está ainda muito bem localizada, 5 minutos a pé e estamos na zona do mercado de Olhos de Água, 20 minutos a pé e estamos na praia, 10 minutos de carro e estamos em Albufeira. A zona é tranquila mas tem tudo o que é necessário para ums férias relaxadas (restaurantes, bares, gelados, serviços, etc.) Apenas um único defeito a apontar: o check out era para ser feito até às 11h00. A ideia era tomar o pequeno almoço relaxadamente, em família, aproveitar os últimos mergulhos na piscina e sair às 11h00. No entanto às 08h30 já tinha interditado a piscina e já andavam em limpezas e manutenção em toda a zona exterior da casa. Percebo que o tempo entre check out e check in seja curto mas os horários deviam de ser respeitados. Não obstante também reconheço que pudemos entrar na Casa duas horas mais cedo que o previsto. É apenas uma crítica. Não foi por aqui que deixamos de classificar com 5 estrelas a Casa do Mar. Obrigado, João Ferreira

Lovely villa in Olhos de Agua

Great stay at this lovely spacious well equipped villa. Pool and surrounding area was ideal for our family of 10. It also benefited from an outside sink and barbecue. Just a short walk to a large supermarket, with bars and restaurants near by. Beach was about 15 minutes walk. All in all we found this a great villa and a lovely resort . Would highly recommended a stay .

Spacious accommodation in a quite area

We rented this villa for my husbands 60th birthday. Our family party was 7adults and 4 children ages 3,4,5,& 6. The villa was well equipped and clean and spacious. The pool was a big hit wit the kiddies who spent most of the day in the pool.

This villa is excellent for a large group, it is huge with plenty of space so you do not get under each others feet. 5 large double bedrooms all with air con and en suites, we were a group of 12 so the four kids shared one room on two singles and a small double, it has a larger than average pool and the full size american pool table was an added bonus. The kitchen is small, so if you are planning on cooking for a large group it is not ideal, but we eat out, got takeaways from local italian or used the outdoor bbq, so not an issue for us, there is a large samsung fridge with ice dispenser and filtered water and we used this for two weeks without any issues, so did mot buy any bottled water. The location is also excellent, we did not need a car, the supermarket was a few mins walk, bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk and the beach (once we found a short cut ) just 10mins away with more bars and restaurants as you approach it. Taxi to albufeira old town approx 10 euros and vilamoura approx 18 euros. If you want to do day trips to waterparks etc or boat trips, i recommend expose a small shop in the town, they can arrange tickets and private transfers, you can also book them to drop you off and pick up if you are going on nights out. We used justgotransfers.com for airport transfers and for 8 of us it was 70 euros return and they know where the villa is, friends of ours got a cab from the airport and the driver could not find the villa as it is tucked away on a quiet street so worth using this company. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend the villa.

Simply amazing!

From arrival to departure after 10 glorious days, our stay at Casa Do Mar was nothing short of amazing. Having stayed in Olhos D'Agua last summer for 10 days in another lovely villa, we were hoping that Jose's place would give us a similar holiday. In fact this villa surpassed everything we had hoped for. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable-a true home from home. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and the villa provided ample room for us all. The kitchen is well equipped, hairdryers in every room...it seems that the lovely Eila and Jose have thought about every little detail. To be honest, words just don't do this gem of a villa justice! We will be back!!!
