The Accommodation

Well-located apartment on Valencia's trendiest beach, Playa de la Patacona. You will enjoy pleasant walks along its seafront promenade, Playa de la Malvarrosa, Playa de las Arenas and even a pleasant walk to the beaches of Port Saplaya, the small Valencian Venice. The apartment is a perfect place for families and friends.



The 88 m2 apartment features the following spaces:

- Comfortable living-dining room with sofa, round table with 4 chairs, TV and access to the terrace with views of the swimming pool.

- Independent, highly functional kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x200.

- Second bedroom with a double bed of 135x190.

- Bathroom equipped with sink, toilet, shower and bidet.

- Balcony where you can enjoy a small seating area with table and four chairs.



It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

The Neighbourhood:

Patacona Beach, Alboraya is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in winter. Within 100 metres of the apartment there are all kinds of services, supermarket, trendy restaurants, beach lounger service, beach volleyball courts, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibañez…



How to get around:

Just a few metres from the apartment you will find a bus stop (lines 19-31), taxi service and cycle lane, with easy access to Valencia city centre and the main points of interest.



House Rules:

- Check-in time: 15:00 - 20:00 h (Outside these hours, a charge of €30 payable in cash upon arrival).

- Check-out time: 09:00 - 11:00 h.

- No parties.

- No smoking.

- No pets.

- No more people than those booked.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.

- Respect quiet hours from 22:00 h to 10:00 h.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. Waste bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily waste collection service for 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics plus general waste.
