Viele Urlaube in Antalya und Alanya verbracht. Dieses Hotel gehört ganz nach oben. Sehr hohe Standards, immer wohl gefühlt und bei Problemen wurde direkt geholfen. Sehr zum weiter empfehlen.

Just our beautiful room toilet was smelling of cigarettes. And unfortunately i got very ill in the middle of my stay. Overall was all very good. Beautiful hotel.

Отличный вариант, если нужен спокойный отдых.

В целом очень хорошее впечатление об отеле. Классный номер, уборка супер, чистота и порядок везде. Питание разнообразное, хорошо организовано с целью безопасности по COVID. Персонал в основном доброжелательный. Были отдельные неприятные персонажи на раздаче в ресторане, которые портили впечатление, но они есть везде, к сожалению. Не понравился итальянский ресторан Аля карт за доп 7€ на человека. Даже в общем ресторане не выкладывали приборы из грязных тарелок, а здесь выложили и не подали чистые ко второму блюду. Ну и блюдо было приготовлено не вкусно, мясо подгорело и т.д. В общем, зря пошли. Поэтому отказались от второго ресторана Аля карт, в котором к тому же очень сильный запах канализации. Очень хорошее впечатление о СПА салоне. Вас встречает Ольга, Очень приятная, внимательная и клиентоориентированная. Тайские девочки не все хороши. Из массажистов рекомендую Марию. Анимация хорошая. Отличная зона пляжа. Хотите тихую воду - есть защищённая лагуна, хотите моря - есть Пирс. На все вкусы найдётся решение! Очень довольна нашим отдыхом.

Personel hizmet anlayışı iyileştirilmeli

Özellikle havuz etrafındaki barlarda çalışan personel ile restoranda yemek servisi yapan personelin bir kısmının yaklaşımı enteresandı. İlk defa bir otelde kokteyli az şekerli yapmasını istediğim bir barmenin "yapamam" dediğine şahit oldum. Veya omlet istediğim personelin her seferinde yanlış-eksik yapması ve misafirleri asık bir suratla karşılaması otelde gördüğüm eksilerdi. Diğer yandan o bölgede deniz için tercih edilebilecek iyi bir otel olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Çocuklu aileler için de uygun bir otel. Mini Club'ta her ne kadar Türkler için ilgi az olsa da akşamları fena değildi. Oteldeki diğer iyi bir husus ise akşam şovları idi. Dört gün konakladık ve her gün ciddi emek ve para harcanan şovlar izledik.

I had such an amazing experience at the hotel - every single member of staff was so kind hearted and professional at all times. I will be visiting again and recommending to family and friends. I would however kindly suggest for future guest be allocated with a view to the outside motorway view to possibly block the noise as it can get very noisy during the course of the night due to lorries, buses and car driving by.

Nice, modern and big hotel

the hotel is big and modern with good enough activities, kids enjoyed the water park and outdoor cold swimming pool the most. The foods were good but not exciting, the waiters were not so keen to serve and not enough numbers of, the bartenders were not happy to serve and were difficult to communicate with. The indoor pool water was not clean and fresh, the internet was awful, no signals in the rooms. My main concern was the staff attitudes and internet connection.

Great hotel from 1001 night. Will visit again.

Beautiful hotel. Deluxe room was nice with great sea view. Hotel staff very polite and kind. The All inclusive food was excellent. Many different buffets. Great grill food and desserts. Nice pool area. Many kids activities. Pool area bar was good. Great private beach. About 5 min walk to Avsallar basaar. Public bus stop at front of the hotel and from there 35 min bus ride to Alanya center. Many activities and services open after 1st of April. If want to enjoy all I recommend coming after that. As dolphinpark, private pavilion etc are open after 1st of April. I highly recommend this hotel for family trip or romantic trip.

Great hotel with all functionality what we needed

We had really good vacation at Rubi Platinum with my wife and son (10 years old). Hotel had all things that we needed for this 1 week vacation. All-inclusive worked well for us and food was good quality and tasty. We enjoyed as well the spa treatments as well. Good massages, hama's and really friendly personel. 5/5. All waiters couldn't speak properly english, but they still were able to provide all the drinks/food what we wanted. :) Even though it was end of March, the weather was really good (only 1 rainy/colder day) and we were able to spend lot of time on pool to sunbath and swim. There was lots of things to do and special greeting to gym stuff. Good gym, good enough space and friendly stuff. :) If I need to say something to develop for to future, it would be the evening partys out side. Bands and DJ's were playing outiside (under our window) until 11.30 PM each night. Wasn't that a big problem for us (easy going family) but I would think that it was kind of hard for some family to put kids to sleep because of lot of noise from the band/DJ. We had a blast when there was a great DJ playing. Our son danced on the balcony until the end of the gig. ;) Thank you all and we will be back someday.
