Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The pictures were absolutely not the same pictures. I took pictures of the rooms and they’re 30 years dated not what you have online. The bed was old. One of the three lightbulbs in the fan worked. One of the globes was cracked. There was dust on it that had been a year thick. The fan in the bathroom was the same. There was a huge dip in the carpet as we were in number 12 upstairs and they nailed the carpet down in my husband, cut his toe on the top of the nail head generally speaking, they advertise some updated rooms, but that is not what we received at all not to mention we didn’t get the code for check-in. There was no person there and the two phone numbers to call did not work. Expedia spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me and we had to drive to another property to get the check-in code. Expedia was great about helping us get the check-in code, but then the room was terrible even had a long black hair on the toilet seat probably the cleaners no, it wasn’t mine cause my husband and I are both blonde very disappointing.
