"A beautiful, very comfortable boutique hotel right in the centre of Alaior. We had a room with a terrace with a lovely view over the rooftops. The decoration throughout the house is tasteful and stylish. As we stayed in February it was very quiet and a really delicious breakfast was served by the owner. It's a family-run place and all the better for it. "

"Nice location and area as our first time there but sunset apartments looked tired and more like a Bedsit so could do with updating both outside by pool area and inside rooms. A/C non existent no cold air so very warm , check in ok but cleaners took longer than the 4pm stated check in. No sign of maintenance to tend the overgrown path areas and wobbly handrails up the steep steps or any fresh towels during our stay . "Nice house to spend summer holidays, great pool and nice dinner area outside. The house is cozy and well decorated, bedrooms well equipped with AC, bathrooms and not modern but clean and do the job. Might be walking distance to the beach but the hill is step so we never tried. Parking near the beach was very easy. "The villa wasn’t the one advertised, several things weren’t working, jacuzzi in pool, jacuzzi in upstairs bath, shower wouldn’t drain in bed 2, shower had no pressure in bed 1 and horrible smelling drain in kitchen. Little things but for the price we paid I’d expect these to be ironed out. The pool was nice and kitchen well equipped. "
