"I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff."

"Very quiet hotel . Very high class . Not many guests . Set up very well for families in terms of kid activities . Cheap rates currently as not well established . Great gym ! Staff were nice . Very transparent payment system in terms of the deposit vs room service charges . I would not hesitate to return . From a scientific/academic point of view a good place to hold conferences etc "

"Cozy, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for being near BF Homes and only 6 minutes walk to SM BF Homes. Great Milk Tea shop right next door. Calming swimming pool. Basic but hearty daily breakfast with proper coffee available! Parking is available which is an advantage."

And they told me that my reservation wasn't at chesla tower2 they just use that address and try to redirect me to some other location. They told me that if i wanted to stay i had to pay again. So i had to find another hotel room somewhere else. This was a very horrible experience for me and ruined my trip when i get back home i will finish filing my claim with Expedia hoping to get reimbursed for what i have...

"Never stayed here because there was no one available for check in. I had to make other arrangements. Ended up staying at Hudson Tower. It was almost double the price I booked on Expedia. Many other people have experienced the same issue. I felt like it was a scam. "

"Listen folks, do not waste your money here. They do not honor "pay now" bookings, even if you paid online, you will still be asked to pay in cash. They will fool you to get your refund the next day, but truth is, they will not process it until you're checked out. Plus couple of room observations, comfort room is dirty, lots of bed bugs and roaches, no garbage bags, booking says parking is free and yet, they are charging a fee, and staff are unapproachable.
