"- Delays in check in over two hours
- No Towels in the room
- No hot water in the room ensuite
- No pillow covers x 4 pillows
- Room phone is not working
- Unhygienic bedrooms & Toilets
- Power Cut twice in same day in all the hotel
- Bad smell in restaurant & it's air condition not working in very hot weather
- Facilities like pool/billiards broken cues and table & with added charge
- No double beds available in all the hotel as advertised but only two single beds available

"The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy."
