"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This the second time we have stayed in these villas. This stay was better than the last. The villas are up high so have a wonderful breeze if you open the French doors but an air conditioner was added in the main living room since our last stay a few years ago. A lovely cabana was also added by the pool. It’s the perfect spot to take an afternoon nap in the shade. Aliki is a very responsive host. We love the location because it’s in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking...

"Great Villa and very kind and helpful hosts. They were able to communicate with me directly through Whatsapp in order to assist with any issues in the Villa and recomendations. I came during the off Season at End of October/Begining of November and I would recommend others go during the summer months. (April-Sept). Many places were closed this time of year. Villa was still great."

"Het zijn schone kamers en het hotel bevind zich op een fijne locatie. Het is er rustig, maar je hebt wel alles in de buurt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant, maar wij kregen een extra topmatras waardoor het prima te doen was. Wij zouden het hotel in de toekomst zeker nog eens boeken!"

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"Beds were super comfy ,good a/c but the cleaning needs doing mirrors tiles ect staff were amazing, disappointed by the pool which is working but was out of bounds and needs a good clean ,thr pool.at the main hotel was perfect but it would have been nice to use the one at our apartments in the other block "

"Fantastisk sted, hvis du ønsker fred og ro. Ligger et stykke væk fra alt, så du har brug for en bil for at være her. Vi havde en skøn uge her og ville helt sikkert komme igen. "

"All in all a fabulous stay at Ilios Hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of it. The pool is lovely, and quiet, no fighting for a sunbed. Would definitely stay again. "

"Séjour magnifique!! Je recommande La Casa 77 à 100% L'appart est super, bien équipé. l'équipe ménage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer et changer les draps et serviettes. la chambre est spacieuse dans un emplacement près de la ville de Zakynthos. l'environnement est calme et apaisant. franchement une adresse à recommander sur Zakynthos. Une communication très facile avec les responsables aussi!"

"Perfect 3 * Hotel It is situated on the very outskirts of Laganas in a peaceful and spacious setting. Plenty of space for a car in their car park. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained with a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Our room was spacious, light and very clean, with a very nice bathroom and a lovely view of the mountains and pool, i would say the shower was sometimes luke warm. The cleaners came in every day. We stayed half board, the breakfasts were delicious, full...

"Lovely property. Great breakfast and dinner options. The pool area was modern and luxurious. Very friendly family running the hotel. Very safe. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place away from the busy and congested areas. Only 8 minute drive to the nearest beach town."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub im großen Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern. - Saubere Unterkunft - freundliche Mitarbeiter - frisches, sehr gutes Frühstück sowie auch leckere Snacks - ausreichend Sonnenliegen direkt am Meer - Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen Das einzig negative war das kleine Bad - der Abfluss in der Dusche war womöglich verstopft, da das Wasser erst nach 1-2h abfließen konnte."
