Everything was ok. I will say the room though. There was blunt pieces on table next to bed. Spider webs everywhere, under sink in bathroom was insane amount of dust and what appeared to be food from previous person who stayed. Even old trash on floors. Mirror could barely see through because it was so filthy truly a shame because other then that I’d give my stay 5 stars . But for price it was what you’d expect. Just leaving review in hopes that management makes Housekeeping do a bit better. Customer service was Excellent and well and amenities. Get stay, other then what I’ve spoke of.

We loved the hotel. We thought it had a hot tub, which isn’t there anymore. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, staff were friendly, and a nice breakfast. If they added a couple more things to their breakfast, it would make it even better. Peanut butter for the waffles and just little things like that. We enjoyed our stay! It is in a nice location, and close proximity to everything.

decided to stay at the hotel because of an extended power failure in my area. The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was alright. Spacious but not very clean. Found trash in the drawers, mold under the table. Crack in the ceiling. Pool was 'run down', hot tub not available as it had slats of wood covering it. The pool area smelt like an aquarium. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows as flat as paper. Blaket had a rough texture. Poor customer service. I called several times to let them know of my issues and no one ever answered the phone. The pictires posted online must be YEARS old because it was nothing compared to what you seen in person. Very unsatisfied. Refund is not an option since no one answers the phone and i could not say anything in person because i had children with me and did not want a confrontation. Will never siggest this hotel or any other hotel by wingate by wydham.

Our room was horrendous. The paint is peeling off the ceilings, the bathroom door is falling apart, the tub had mildew, stains, rust, and a leaky faucet. The toilet seat needs replacing (it is riggity and filthy), the toilet itself is filthy, the entrance door's safety clasp is broken. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights. Only stayed one night because we arrived later into the night after a 12-hr travel fiasco due to flight delays and gate changes. We were exhausted. Therefore, we stayed the first night due to exhaustion and the late time of night. However, the next morning, we got our money back for the 2nd night plus the incidental fee we paid. I took a video and showed it to the front desk clerk of EVERYTHING I just wrote about. He was cooperative. That's the only good thing we experienced during our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The best thing about our stay was the beds. They were soft and comfortable. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was decent. We were really disappointed with the pool/hot tub area. The hot tub wasn't working. It was covered by thick plywood and the fans hanging around the area were peeling and gross-looking. It did not look like the picture featured on the app listing. Overall, for the more affordable price we weren't surprised by the quality we experienced. We slept great, but everything else seemed dark and neglected. However, we've been in worse hotels.

When I walked into the hotel room to go use the bathroom, there was sticky substances all over the floor. I had to clean that before I could even use the bathroom. The mirror was dirty. There was crap on the TV. It was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I ever stayed in. I asked to have a manager call me every night and after telling the front desk guy all of this housekeeping didn’t even bother showing up the first night, oh yeah, and there was no hot water unless you call down and ask the front desk and they did something two of the nights to make me have hot water. This is one of the worst Hotel experiences. Probably the worst Hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled a lot. I wouldn’t give you one star, but it wouldn’t let me leave this message without it.

This hotel was disgusting. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We had dirty face clothes in our shower. The faucet in the shower barely worked with very little hot water. All the pop machines were out of order. The pool looked it was from a horror movie. The beds felt your were sleeping on cardboard. 100% will never stay there again.

The orange juice was spoiled. I told the attendant, Ashley, and she proceeded to tell me something was wrong with my taste buds, the orange juice was fine until February. I then requested a supervisor and you wouldn't believe, this unprofessional female is the supervisor. Are you serious??? Wyndham hired her as a supervisor??? You've got to be lying. She didn't bother to taste the orange juice herself but rather insulted me. My brother tasted it and another guest tasted it and said the same thing. I opened the refrigerator in our room and it was FILTHY!!! I had to clean the bathtub before we used it. So to add injury to insult, it's dirty with bad customer service. I'm contacting Wyndham directly about this terrible manager. So to be a smart, you know what, this unprofessional female takes the apple juice and pulls the dispensers out of it so the kids can't get that.
