There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video as well as cameras on the front of the home and front of the garage. Please be aware that NO parties or large gatherings are allowed. Pets not allowed.



Guest Access:

Access to the entire home and game room garage, including access to the lake



🚤 Boat Dock

Enjoy access to our brand-new 24-foot private boat dock throughout your stay! We recently replaced the dock, giving you even more space to conveniently dock your boat. Feel free to bring your own boat, as the dock can accommodate any vessel that meets Portage Lakes boating regulations. Since we don’t provide a boat, the dock is exclusively available for guests bringing their own. 🌊🚤

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

We leave a short list of optional checkout steps — not mandatory, but very appreciated to help us prep for the next guest. Thank you! 😊



📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $750 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



📌NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
