"The location was amazing to watch sunset. I went before busy season. Walk was t too bad. You cannot reach the room by car- so you need porter or need to carry bags a little always. Very clean- shower doesn’t have a door- so bathroom floor was a little wet . I struggled mostly with communication- because there isn’t a front desk so hard to ask for replacement items. But overall very happy with it! "

"The staff was amazing, and reached out couple of days before the arrival, and coordinated all the time given the hotel setup on the island. The room was awesome with an amazing view of the caldera and the sea. The rooms are not typical hotel rooms, but bedrooms with attached bath and hot tubs.
