"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

"I needed to be in this area for some work, and I left it too late to book a better place. This hotel appears better in pictures than in real life--the first surprise is the non-AC reception area. Then there was a room AC unit with only on-off controls, flaky WiFi, warm water that takes forever to appear, elevator issues, noisy staff in the halls--the list could go on. In my experience, hardly anyone uses the bar-restaurant except for breakfast. The breakfast was fine."

"The Moxy Mumbai is an excellent hotel if you are needing to be close enough to Mumbai international airport and would like a really comfortable stay with clean rooms, all the facilities you need and the extra special Moxy Style consistent in other parts of the world. "We arrived several hours early & the staff stored our luggage whilst we used the pool (sun was out/had pool to our selves: fab!). Room was superb/beds really comfortable.
