"A super new and super clean property (in fact it felt just a little sterile, it was so new and clean, but that’s ok). We had a lovely view over the old town, and parking was quite convenient (and free!). Breakfast was very nice. "We made a last minute decision to visit Sintra rather than spend a second night in Lisbon. We booked Villa Estefânia due to its proximity to attractions and availability of parking. Parking is safe but it's street side on a fairly narrow one way street and availability can be limited. "The hotel was a boutique hotel with beautiful surroundings. We had a lovely one-night stay. The lady staff at the front desk was very helpful and lovely. "A quaint and charming place to stay. Great parking. Easy to walk to the historic district and easy access to train/bus station. Property needs some overall general upkeep. The shower leaked flooding the bathroom floor as the caulking was missing. The sealing strip was moldy and needs replacing. Everything else was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Pastries and breads delicious but vegetables old and dry. Awesome to have a carafe of coffee and hot milk to enjoy a nice cuppa or 2 in the morning. "

"It was absolutely beautiful! One of a kind- both the rooms and the scenery. The service was outstanding. They are so kind and make a really good breakfast. My only recommendation, contact the B&B directly if possible so they can tell you about checking in after hours. Hotels.com did not inform us of after hour check-in details."
