"Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service."

Rust on the fixtures, floors cracking everywhere. The pictures online were beautiful, absolutely nothing like reality. Mangers excuse was, "The truth is, this is a cheap hotel." "

"新しいのとトラムの停留所に近いのがよかった。24時間空いているコンビニも近くにあります。シャワーだけなのと窓が小さいのと部屋に湯沸かしポットがないのがないのがマイナス。コーヒーメーカーよりポットが欲しかった。"

"This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. A great spot and only around the corner a few blocks to get on the main street to have a bite. Thank you so...
