"We will be back. Loved the central location to pubs, restaurants, grocery and the national park. Breakfast was great and priced accordingly. Rooms were very clean, and VERY quiet! We arrived on 24 straight hours of travel at 1pm. They got us in our room early so we could rest. "

"We were so comfortable in our spacious room that we booked an extra night. Besides the bedroom that included comfortable chairs and a bonus twin bed, our bathroom was luxurious. A sink for each of us, wardrobe for our clothes, and a separate tub and shower were lit up by a skylight. The room we stayed in also had a mini fridge, coffee/tea service and a desk with TV overhead. "Really wish I'd booked at least 2 nights here at this beautiful property in this beautiful location! I was visiting from USA w/ my wife and we had great time. I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. Amazing service and beautiful clean rooms! Thanks for the hospitality. "

"This is a very nice hotel with parking (small lot) in the middle of lots of things to do. My son hiked Carrauntoohil and I visited the ruins of Muckross monastery and then the Muckross Estate. There were lots of shops & restaurants in the village nearby. Everything was within a 15-30 minute drive. The breakfast was a combination of a buffet and several menu options - all delicious!"

"I've stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times. The rooms are wonderful, and each time I was lucky enough to get a wonderful view looking out at the mountains. I'm normally not one to spend time in a hotel's lobby or sitting room. Usually I'll just go straight to my room and rest there, but Randles is the exception. They have a real wood fire going in their sitting room most evenings, and the staff come out to stone the fire from time to time. My girlfriend and I loved sitting there...
