We had one night here, then changed hotels. The reality is much different from the pictures you see online. It is close to Taj Mahal, but there are plenty of ways to get there from much better hotels. The appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness is very poor. The street it is on and the area around the hotel is poor. We felt deceived by the photos online and the actual reality of the place. We were very unhappy..

I booked this property for just a one-night stay. Upon arriving in the evening, I noticed that the AC was leaking water and reported it to the staff. They informed me that the issue had been fixed. However, the next morning, I woke up to find the entire floor wet again because the AC was still leaking. Since I was checking out that day, I didn’t complain again. I just wanted to mention this in my review so the hotel is aware of the issue and can make the necessary repairs to prevent future guests from facing the same problem.

夜は近くで爆音でデジタル音を鳴らして行脚している若者がいて眠れず、昼間はずっと工事をしているので昼寝ができず、朝食は頼んでいないのに早朝からノックしてきて朝食食べないかと起こされた。 結局朝食を食べることになったのでホテル側の勝ちだが、2度としないでほしい。

Location of the hotel is near Taj mahal which I liked most.Room was clean and well maintained.Staff of the hotel was polite,helpful and well mannered.Food of the hotel is so delicious. Overall our stay was comfortable and would like to visit again in future.

“I had a really wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, which made the stay even better. Service was quick and well-managed throughout my visit. The cleanliness and hospitality truly impressed me. The room was not at all clean, the bathroom was even worse. There was a lot of construction going on in other rooms for us not to sleep. We also saw a lizard on our towels when coming back into the room.

The room was not clean and pictures on the website are old. They need pest control. I did see cockroaches in room. The hotel is close to the taj mahal and restaurant food was good.

Bathroom was not clean. Hot water is only provided 7 am, only after request. Not available later in the day or other time of the day or evening, very difficult if you are planning to shower after morning. Staff were okay. Only positive thing- Very close to Taj Mahal, even walkable.

The room was a mess. It took the hotel almost an hour to give us our room. There was no geyser or warm water in the washroom. There were very dim lights. When we asked for hot water to bathe we were told that it’ll be provided in a bucket but it was never provided to us. There was used tea cups in the cupboard. Wifi didn’t work at all and there was a MAJOR network issue in our room. The flush in the washroom didn’t work and was kind of broken.

Room was disgusting. Dirty, smelly and cold. When i asked for a space heater they tryed to charge me for it. When i said no they started to haggle the price for the heater which makes me think there is not a charge for the heater they are just trying to scam me. Had one more night booked but left early. DO NOT STAY HERE
