"Wir waren zum ersten Mal im WENS Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Da wir familiär mehrmals im Jahr in Mainz und Umgebung sind, werden wir bestimmt häufiger ins WENS Hotel gehen. Der Check-In war kurz und freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte sind von Rituals, die Dusche hat eine Regenfallfunktion und täglich gibt es kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und sehr gute Säfte und Limonaden von Rauch in der Minibar. Alles im Preis enthalten. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend viele am und um das...

"Pros: Good location across the main train station. Front desk was nice and helped us store luggage when we arrived in the morning before check-in time. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Cons: Bathroom had a funky smell and mattress was not very comfortable. "

"It's a unique property, built in the 19th century. The suite is on the 3rd floor, the staff was very helpful to move our luggage to and from the room, as there's no elevator. There's no AC in the room, it wasn't necessary in May. The bathroom is clean and luxurious with soaking tub and shower. There's no drinking water provided in the room, bottled water is available in the mini bar. Location is in between Drosselgrasse and Eltville. The restaurant is amazing. "

"Ein großes Lob für den Fotografen. Bild und Wirklichkeit sind sehr unterschiedlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Einfache Zimmertüren alles alt und herunter gekommen. Hier müsste dringend was gemacht werden. Personal freundlich und bemüht. "

"Geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie en meer dan hond vriendelijke. Onze honden wilde na de eerste dag al niet meer de lift in voordat ze hallo hadden gezegd tegen het personeel. Ook de studio was zeer goed. Ruim van opzet, netjes, weinig geluid van buiten. We komen zeker nog een keer terug. "
