"We were happy to find the place expected: clean, neat, everything we needed, all easy to find, all communication prompt and clear. Diana replied quickly to questions. During our visit there was a huge snowstorm so we really appreciated that someone came to shovel the driveway/entrance multiple times over the few days we were there. "We came into town for one night to tour the University with our daughter. The apartment was very spacious and clean. My daughter loved having her own room and washroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to make breakfast in the morning before checking out. The location is great - it is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the University and restaurants.
The only issue we had was that the coffee maker didn't seem to be working, so we bought some instant coffee."

"The house was fine. My disappointment was in the kitchen. Only 3 dinner forks, 4 knives, no water glasses, and only 1 pot. The picture showed a backyard deck with patio furniture but no chairs or table, etc outside. The dining room included 3 broken chairs in the corner. No face clothes in the washrooms but thankfully they did provide towels. I complained to the host and he asked how many people I had. I believe it would be bare minimum to expect dishes for 8 people. My reservation was for 4...
