"I enjoyed this hotel very much, except that the fact that I had to walk all the way to the casino to get a coffee in the morning no coffee was offered in the hotel lobby. It seemed not very friendly and welcoming to me. Coffee is something everyone loves in the morning. You need a coffee station."

"The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel"

"There are no elevators present. There was no hot water in the hotel. We were told there would be hot water in the morning but it was never fixed. If you are paying for a room you think the least you could have is hot water. They didn’t offer a refund or anything. Only ppl available were the ppl on the video kiosk you had to talk through to check in. Will never stay here again."

"The room were clean, the water was hot,it was near restaurants and gas stations. The internet was not the best. I never knew anything about breakfast wasn't informed at all about it upon check-in. The sink did not drain in the room and the housekeepers never asked if I need new towels or my trash dumped.But over all it was ok"

Second room My door looked like it was broke into it was a lot of broken door pieces of the door and the carpet was dirty and the room did not smell good . The hallways stunk so bad due to the trash room as well . Also I did not like the fact that no shuttle to the airport …"

"A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, "

"The staff had friends or family camping out in the lobby. One day, I was working remotely from the lobby, and there was a very familiar-acting person to the front desk attendant that also hung out for hours, very casually. Shoes removed, feet up on the walls, etc. It seemed very unprofessional that staff would have family hanging out with them during their shift. That being said, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. "
