"This stay was nothing short of disappointing. The room was dated, and efforts to hide that fact were rushed and poorly done. The bathroom felt gross and it was clearly assumed that a coat of paint could fix everything, but efforts were lacking as shown by the dried paint drips on the door. Doors slammed throughout the night, and the thin walls led to us being able to hear the neighboring room's television. "I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area."

Check in is on the 14th floor. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Although very comfortable at first, the bed was too soft and we all woke up stiff and sore! Ha! Ha! That’s what happens to middle aged folks! Beds matter! Enjoy your stay! Oh, and breakfast was great!"
