If I were to make a suggestion, it is to put some kind of water fountain outside hotel with recirculated water, to rinse off the sand from the beautiful beach below.

It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. "

Nourriture correcte mais pas extra, à améliorer , peu de choix surtout les entrées et les desserts(fruits ou gâteaux : pas de laitages, glace seulement le midi). Bon petit-déjeuner. Il n’y a qu’un bar à la piscine ouvert toute la journée. Il manque vraiment un bar à l’intérieur ou en terrasse:dommage. Les cocktails, très limités, ne sont pas terribles."
