Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. She was very patiencent and always with a smile ready to help.
The restaurant (Nunu) has a delicious breakfast and the staff is also really attentful and friendly. We meet Michelle there, who was wonderful and friendly. Also always with a smile serving us and giving recommendations.
Overall the Alameda staff is great and the hotel is super nice.
