"The room was not at all like the photos. The floors were very bumpy and there were two TVs which neither worked because they didn’t bother to set them up. No dish cloths, utensils or bowl so it difficult to make meals. The bed was also coming apart."

"The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. I would not want to come in late here by myself being a female. They did have a laundry area downstairs on the first floor. It says...

"La habitación es tal cual se describe. Lo que nos dejó una estadía incómoda e insatisfecha fue que:
1. No se comunicaron con nosotros para darnos los detalles de la habitación. YO tuve que escribirles a las 7:00pm para saber qué habitación sería y el código de acceso, de otra forma dudo que ellos me hubieran dicho.
2. No avisaron que no había agua en el apartamento. Comprendo que es una situación que está afectando a toda la isla, pero ellos debieron avisarnos que iba a afectar nuestra...

"Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto.
