Beautiful place. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. The unit was equipped with what we needed for our short stay to prepared a few meals. It was walkable to places to eat and also across the street from the beach. The locking gates everywhere, I was not used to, and the beach locking was interesting, but nothing to deter from the listing of the place! Host was responsive and very accommodating.

The location to the beach was great, sitting outside was amazing at night. Neighbors were so friendly. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here

The property was in a great location but the property condition was not great. Lots of cosmetic updates needed and it was dirty. Most of the dishes inside the cabinets were dirty and so were inside the cabinets. Number of cabinets doors in the kitchen and elsewhere were broken, the blinds in the bedrooms were broken. There was daily water accumulation in the entry way that we cleaned up every day. The pots and pans needed replacement. The were not proper storage space to put your clothes away for a long stay. There were not enough sheets, towels , flatware or beach chair for the 5 of us that had rented. There were no side tables in the bedroom to put your things on and the bunk beds are not comfortable for adult stay. Owner had too many rules that were disclosed at the time of check in and there was a associated with any rules that were not followed. The pro to this property was the location and communication with the owner to fix at least some of the shortcomings right away to make our stay more comfortable. We were happy for that.

the host was Great overall. with informations...sometime to much information!!first of all, the house description and pictures are NOT in line with actual house. The bathrooms was very dated. showers need regrouting and fresh paint as well.the furniture was in abysmal condition.She stated via textthat no one that not on the rental can come over, in which I concur, although I has family in the area. No loud Noise or party. Ok No excessive! power usage if you are not there..ok. ...I had to provide my own batteries to utilize the TV.10.99.There was sign posted throughout the bathroom area, stating, Do not throw paper into toilet ..what?. but concur. she had some many rules and regulations, that she she move back in or sell. RENTER BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. SHE ALSO STATE, IS A BEACH VILLA...IT LOOK MORE LIKE SOME RUNDOWN APARTMENTS OVER LOOKING A COVE NOT A BEACH.TO SUM IT UP, NOT WORTH IT. THE PICS ARE DECEPTIVE. THE BEST PART OF THE STAY WAS THE NEIGHBORS AND WHEN I CHECK OUT. SHE'S PROBABLY A GREAT PERSON{OWNER} BUT A VERY BAD OWNER.THAT APARTMENT NEED A REALLY GOOD MAKEOVER. I FELT SO RESTRICT IN FEAR OF HAVING TO PAY A FINE...HER EVIDENCE. PLEASE GET RID OF THAT STAINED CRUSTY GRAY COUCH,WITH FEATHER FLYING AS YOU SIT DOWN THAT YOU DID NOT WANT PEOPLE TO EAT ON. PLEASE GET YOUR PIPES AND DRAINAGE SITUATION RESOLVED. YOU ARE CHARGING TOOOO MUCH FOR THIS HOSTEL, WHEN IN ACTUALITY IT PROBABLY SHOULD BE CONDEMMED. IN FUTURE BOOKING STATE YOUR RULES AND REGULATIONS PRIOR

Our stay in Dorado was truly memorable—just a short 30-minute drive from San Juan, nestled in a beautiful, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach only steps away and incredible views from the primary balcony, especially at sunrise.The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Ineabelle, our host, was a pleasure to communicate with—always prompt, friendly, and full of helpful recommendations that enhanced our experience.There are a few areas that could use some attention: we suggest providing more bathroom towels (ideally two per guest) and additional sheets. Since we cooked breakfast daily, we also recommend updating the pots and pans. That said, the grill worked perfectly and was a great addition.Although we didn’t use the pool, we spent every possible moment soaking up the sun at the beach. The area is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants, which made everything even easier.Thank you for opening your home to us and sharing the beauty of your island. We’d absolutely love to return and stay here again.Oh and we were lucky enough to see Bad Bunny at his residency!! One of THE BEST concerts I have ever been to!!

Very nice time

We had a very enjoyable vacation in Dorado. Grocery store & Walgreens nearby for daily shopping or other needs.3 beach options directly across from us. We brought our own coolers but there is a roll away cooler and 2 beach chairs and toys available.Restaurants nearby if you’d like to go out for lunch or dinner.Only difficulty we had was finding the property. It’s in a gated community and then the lockbox for the gate & property are on a light pole. We arrived at 10 PM which did not help our situation, and my cell service dropped so I couldn’t access the instructions sent via VRBO app. Recommendation would be to arrive during daytime hours and print check-in instructions & pictures and bring with you. Property owner was very responsive & helpful throughout. I’ve already sent the property link to 2 other families interested in visiting the area.

Beautiful location

Loved this property! Came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bed sheets were in worn condition, no towels for washing dishes, couch is worn. Neighbors are amazing, view is amazing and in a nice gated community. Communication with owner was great. Very clean property, but stairs are steep. Beach is right across a not too busy street. We didn’t get check out instructions until the evening before, and left the house before 3 am to catch a flight. I would have liked to have check out instructions at check in so we could have been more prepared.

Awesome accommodations

We were on a girls trip with my 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters to celebrate a 16th birthday. The location was great and the property wonderful. The owner provided excellent instructions and information.The only thing I'd be concerned about is if stairs are an issue for you. Otherwise the property was very comfortable, clean, the grounds were beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay there.

Near the beach

The unit was beautiful. Full amenities. Spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Only downfall is more access to casino and restaurants. After 9pm all access gates closed. Uber is non existent after certain hours. The home was so cozy and right by the beach

Fantastic Family Vacation Rental

Our family really enjoyed this property all around. The condo is spacious and has a great layout. There is a porch out back which is relaxing as well as upper balconies with ocean views. Easy access to the pool and beach as well.The Owner had great communication and left detailed instructions on accessing the property. We would definitely rent again.

Dorado stay

Our stay was very good, the property was spotless and had fresh linens and towels for the bed and bath (not kitchen)There are stairs between the 3 levels but were easily navigated. The 5 cup drip coffee pot barely filled 3 coffee cups but for a group of 4 we just ran a second pot. The pool was nice, not heated but tollerable. Not busy at all.We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!
