Located moments from Abilene Christian University, Hardin-Simmons, & Hendrick Medical Center, The Pearl is the perfect place to unwind while visiting Abilene. Settled in a quiet neighborhood, The Pearl is just around the corner from plenty of great restaurants and the newly built Allen Ridge shopping center. Historic downtown Abilene and the SODA district are a short drive away. Easy highway access lets you quickly reach Dyess Air Force Base, Abilene Expo, the Abilene Zoo, & Shotwell Stadium.

The Pearl offers a warm and inviting living space, furnished with a comfortable couch, two lounge chairs, coffee table, a smart TV, and fast reliable wireless internet. Additional seating is kept close by for guests to enjoy.

Savor a home-cooked meal or enjoy takeout from any one of Abilene's fine restaurants at our dining table, which comfortably seats four.

The kitchen is ready and equipped with the basic cooking utensils you may need: cookware, dinnerware, eating utensils, wine glasses and bottle openers. The Pearl also offers a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of K-Cups, as well as creamer and sugar.

The primary bedroom is comfortably curated with a plush queen bed, a smart TV, dresser, nightstands and lamps, USB charging ports, as well as a walk-in closet and an attached, sparkling clean full bathroom. The en Suite bathroom is stocked with extra towels, bath tissue, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and hairdryer.

Bedroom two and three also offers a comfortable queen bed, nightstands and lamps, elegant décor, and USB charging ports.

The Pearl is equipped with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, ironing board and iron for your use.

With a well-kept, private backyard, The Pearl's back porch is the perfect place to unwind and relax under café lights. Seating is available for up to six. A folding table and additional lawn chairs for outdoor dining are available in the garage.

The Pearl offers off-street parking for up to two vehicles, as well as a two-car garage. Parking on the street is available and free, should you need it.

Excellent and beautiful place

Beautiful place and quiet neighborhood for the family trip. If you’re looking for easy access for in and out of neighborhood , nearby food place including Walmart and quiet place for your family trip to relax this is the place. The communication between the property manager and I it was easy and quick to respond with all my questions and helped me when I couldn’t figure out how to open the doors.. Shelly even called me to help me better. Definitely will return 10/10 recommendations for this property and Shelly definitely deserves rise she went overboard to make sure my family and I got the access to the property and all services we needed without issues.

Golf Trip

The Pearl was a great stay in a location close to great food choices on the north side of town. We had easy access into the property and everything felt secure. The beds were comfortable and the house temperature was regulated even with the triple digit temps outside. Everything was extremely well taken care of, clean, and arranged to allow room for everyone to have their own space.

Perfect location and so clean

This home is in a great location near great places to eat. The event we were in town for was at The Taylor County Expo. Center and the house wasn’t more than 10 minutes away. I’m a huge clean freak and was pleasantly surprised how clean this place was. When we arrived they had lights and lamps on for us. We would definitely stay here again. The location is amazing!
