Pro: we slept inside, mattress was moderately comfortable.
Con:
Front desk staff was rude and argumentative.
“Suite” very small.
We had booked a king bed suite (up to 4 people) for 3 people . No bedding or sheets for sleeper couch in room. Upon request, they provided one uncovered duvet and one sheet. No pillow available. Had to request second sheet. Sleeper couch mattress old and uncomfortable.
Room not cleaned, random bolt on counter in bathroom as thought someone forgot to finish a maintenance job, finish in bathtub splintering everywhere
Only shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. No body wash or lotion.
Only one full set of towels provided. Asked for additional towels. Two mid size bath towels provided. No full size towel, hand towel or wash clothes available.
No information on breakfast provided. We asked and were told it was from 6-10am. Went to breakfast at 9:15am and were told night staff gave us wrong information, breakfast ends at 9:30am. Selection was not great, coffee was so weak it looked like tea (several guests had left their full cups by the coffee dispenser rather than drink it).
Went to pool. Didn’t have enough towels in room, pool only had dirty towel, nobody at front desk. Water and pool area were icy cold (hot tub was hot, didn’t see a button for jets or anything, literally just a little pool with hot water),
Nobody at front desk at check out to request copy of receipt (at 10:45am) , only a dropbox for keys.
Paid $150 for that!
