"The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air. Positives, able to use the luggage store on arrival, paid to use the pool, loungers around pool were not comfortable but plenty of them."

"Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok."

"This aparthotel exceeded expectations — perfectly located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central station, the river, and the beautiful Bute Park. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and stunningly decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The complimentary chocolate was a lovely touch and made me feel even more welcome. Abi and Charlie were fantastic hosts...

"We enjoyed a cosy stay at Inn Cardiff. The property is within easy walking distance from the train station, trail walk, castle and shopping precinct, as well as a number of eating venues. The availability of a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a supply of crockery and cutlery was very convenient for sandwich making and breakfast in the room. Steve was available to answer our questions which was a big help."

"A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. "
