"The apartment was exceptional - we really enjoyed the stay.We had a glitch with the checkin process, where the intermediatory online carrier was incompatible with my device, as such I had not received the check in details.luckily i was able to contact the owner who was exceptionally helpful and after a little while we found our key and was able to enter the apartment."

"We recently stayed at Highland Club in The Sacristy. We had an amazing holiday and absolutely loved the location and facilities on offer at The Highland Club. The Sacristy is a gorgeous apartment and has been decorated beautifully but it was let down by one thing - the shower! We weren’t able to use it for the whole week we stayed there which was a huge disappointment as it is a beautiful bathroom. The water was either freezing cold or boiling hot - no in between. This was never able to be fixed...

"This is a fantastic area with many opportunities to explore the wonderful Highlands. The apartment was spacious and lovely with many conveniences. We all enjoyed the amenities, only issue was swimming pool hours and slots were very limited so no chance to see the pool. However there are many things to do including tennis, chess, pool tables and walks. Very clean and comfortable accommodations and we would love to return! The area is extremely beautiful and the renovated Monastery a real treat!"

"Amazing place, totally out of this world, perfect to get away from the busy everyday life. The monastery is magical, walking around the beautiful corridors, the courtyard, or just walking out to the lake, the whole place is so serene and blissful. The apartment has huge windows overlooking the lake, the place is very warm, cozy, perfect to snuggle up with a good book and tea. The stars at night, reflecting on the lake, just gorgeous! "This holiday was amazing. We took over four apartments between 12 family members. We travelled from Manchester and Stirling. What an experience! We couldn’t have dreamt for anything more spectacular and what a setting. Everything we needed was here. Fort Augustus was such a busy little village with cafes, gift shops, a couple of pubs. We travelled out on day trips to Drumnadrochit, Fort William, Inverness, Urquhart Castle. Three of the party even climbed to the summit of Ben Nevis. The grounds...

"Beautiful surroundings and views, house pleasant and has everything you need. Kitchen a nice size and modern. Uncomfortable double bed and for the price (over 300 a night) I would expect more comfort. Bathroom modern, no bath, but great shower. A nice space but cleaners left food in cupboards and grease. No dustpan and brush. Dishwasher needed salt/rinse aid. Big cobwebs and insects hanging from them - lots of spiders but there are lots of midges and spiders don't bother me. A dryer would be a...

"The amenities in the property were very poor. The price I paid for one night stay was extort for the facilities on offer in the property. The heating only worked in the kitchen. The electric heaters in other rooms were present but could not be switched on. There was no hot water in the property. We tried following the advice in the property folder but were unable to turn on the hot water. The mattress in the main bedroom was very springy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, very poor...

"Lovely location, nice cosy space for our family of three. Good kitchen facilities and ideal for our mini adventure in Drumnadrochit. Decor is a wee bit tired in the bedrooms and bathroom but the kitchen is fantastic with the fridge, freezer and induction hob. I was extra prepared and had brought my own tea and coffee but the host had very kindly provided these as well as coffee pods and even had ice in the freezer for us - caramel wafers were very much appreciated!
