Breakfast was cooked to order it was served hot and was so tasty, Claire&Olga looked after us very well, lovely ladies, Alison and the reception team made us very welcome and were very helpful, we will definitely be back! "We came to visit Chester and the Hotel Manager- didn’t catch his name sorry but he welcomed us with warmth and made our stay special, checking with us whether everything was alright with our stay, he had some veggie sausages especially made for us for breakfast, The place is very convenient if you are visiting Chester, short drive into the city. We did the City Walls as suggested by the Manager, which covered pretty much the city followed by beautiful scenery. "

"Everything the staff on were so helpful, had a problem with the first ev changing bay but thankfully there was a spare, what’s annoying is people parking that clearly do not charge their car or have petrol park there because it’s closer to the hotel very frustrating, otherwise was perfect stay"

"A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly."

"Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. "
