"We spent our time happily on the premises. We loved the sunrise every morning.. We slept very well during our stay . It was a perfect stay for us seniors. "For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. "

"I booked this in May. Have been emailing/messaging the host and also calling but no response. Took a chance and went there but the Host did a no show. No correspondents from them at all. We were stranded with kids in the middle of nowhere for hours at night until we had to find another place ourselves. Very disappointing esp coming from another country. I would recommend until the host replies don’t book this one."

"Everything from booking to check-in to staying and even check out was such a smooth process. The apartments were clean, spacious, beautiful inside and out! "The owner cancelled on us half an hour before check in with a Story about the place needing to be cleaned up from a party the night before. I rang him about 1 hour before check in and he struggled to find my booking then cancels soon after leaving us high and dry. I even booked 6 months in advance. I would not recommend booking here as the owner cannot be trusted hence all his one star reviews. "Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things.
