Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "​Unfortunately, my experience here was underwhelming due to several facility issues. The room felt mediocre, featuring a non-working refrigerator, a damaged hairdryer, and a complete lack of hot water. The mattress was also quite firm, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. ​Most concerning was the lack of attention to allergy specifications for my pre-ordered breakfast, despite clear prior instructions. Between the service lapses and the loud mechanical noises coming from the bathroom...

"These apartments are well furnished, laid out, and stocked. My only complaint was that they didn’t state how much stuff would be available in the flat (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits) and downstairs (coffee machine and breakfast pastries), so we brought more than we needed. The fact that these are upstairs from the bus station also means that it is so easy to get everywhere without a car and the buses on Jersey are much improved!"

"Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). "Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "
