"Beautiful vintage building. Wonderfully restored. Free parking. Breakfast was lovely. We came into town late and booked this late, the booking said to call for check in details, which I did but the voicemail was confusing. This slowed down check in a bit, but the manager on staff at the time took care of everything. We selected the king suite and apparently that is a totally separate house from the hotel, which was slightly disappointing. That said, being in the house, I think the Hotel blocked...

"The staff was great always welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The coffee is really really not good. Like drinking a hot colored water. That was really only down fall."

"We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed. "

"I have never stayed at a Drury Inn that I didn't like and this one absolutely did not disappoint! I absolutely loved the atrium! The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is right off the highway with a variety of restaurants near and about 10 minutes from the mall."

"Dirty. Heater/AC unit had dirty vents and didn’t work at all. Knob fell off. Musty smell of smoke and/or mold. Very very little elbow room. Dated and dirty. Had to leave and staff informed me to request a refund from Expedia since I had to leave within a minute or two after assessing the room. (Had to wait for a staff member to return to front desk both at check-in and trying to leave 5 minutes later)."

"I like it because it was in a good location right across the street from Walmart. What I did not like because my room was not cleaned thoroughly, someone’s food was left in the refrigerator and was smelling, someone had a dog that barked for a while and their breakfast could have been better."

"The AC worked well and there was a dehumidifier in the room which was nice. The rooms weren’t well maintained and definitely needed updating, especially in the bathrooms. The bed linens were clean, the service was good, it just needs updating. Not sure I’d stay there again until changes were made."

"Seeing where the breakfast was cooked was concerning. The bathroom was not the cleanest."

"It is apparent the property is not being well maintained. We have been staying here for the past few years when we come home to visit and it has gradually declined. The room was clean enough, but not great. One of the spare pillows in the closet has small blood stains and there was small areas of brown spots on the wall near the toilet. Smudges on the vanity and mirror. Attention to detail in cleaning is lacking."
