"Everything about the hotel was excellent. Nice big room. Excellent bistro , whether its breakfast or late drink . Only negative was the 7th floor terrace was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a relaxing drink with a view !! Otherwise everything was perfect. Location is excellent for tourists."

"The location is great, if you want to be in the centre of the city, the convention centre and walking distance other than the Public Market. It is a shame Macy's closed, as it leaves a big empty building right across the street. Recommend you drive to Bellevue Square for your shopping fix (a short drive to Bellevue, Washington). Also, although the one restaurant/bar in the hotel is fine, and staff are great, consider booking a table in outside restaurant for more variety."

"First, the staff is amazing. We were greeted as Expedia members, which rarely happens, and given an upgrade as well as a little gift bag. There is no shortage of staff, either as there always seemed to be someone to help, even with a busy lobby at check-in/out. Second, the rooms were great! Comfy, clean, and well-appointed. The TV actually worked well, unlike in most hotels. The room layout seemed to be well thought out with everything right where it should be. Third, the location is...

"Stunning hotel, cute walkable neighborhood. Amazing stay for games and concerts since it’s walking distance to the stadiums and several bars. Plenty of street parking as well. Staff was so kind, left me a piece of cake and a handwritten note when they heard it was my birthday. Also upgraded us to a corner suite to celebrate. Above and beyond staff <3"
