  • En el pintoresco parque nacional 5terre. A pocos pasos de las rocas más bellas de Riomaggiore y su mar cristalino. Bonita y característica casa, ubicada frente al mar. Cuenta con una hermosa vista al mar y ofrece 4/5 camas. El apartamento consta de 4 habitaciones ubicadas en 4 pisos diferentes conectados por una escalera bastante empinada y estrecha: planta baja, entrada / salón, con sofá cama y TV vía satélite; primer piso, habitación con litera, baño con ducha, balcón con vista al mar; segundo piso, cocina y balcón con vista al mar; tercer piso, habitación doble, TV satélite, espléndidas vistas al mar. Cada habitación tiene aire acondicionado. La casa puede alojar hasta 5 personas, pero la óptima es 4 porque 5 son un poco estrechas


    *** El precio incluye la limpieza final por un período mínimo de alquiler de 3 noches, por períodos más cortos la limpieza no está incluida en el precio. Lovely, quirky house in an ideal position, right next to harbour. The property was clean on arrival. It was exactly as described. Sea view and view from top bedroom lovely. Small rooms but was fine for our stay. Good communication from host before we got there. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful site, very close to everything, very comfortable. Unique setting with one room per floor but worked very well for our family of four. Would definitely recommend.

Very unique property. The kitchen had the items needed for espresso on the balcony every morning. The staircase would be challenging for some people but that is true of Riomaggiore as well. Great house!

There was no mention that the house had 4 levels and a circular staircase which was very challenging to navigate. It was a disappointment and would not stay here again. The only positive was they had a multi split ac in each level.

Charming apt in the heart of Riomaggiore! Very clean, beautiful view of the ocean and an adorable and well equipped kitchen. It’s a typical house for the area, which means it is very narrow and spread across 4 floors. Would not work for anyone with mobility issues or small children, but for others it’s excellent and gives you a real flavour for the region.

We loved our time on Riomaggiore! This apartment was clean, easy to find with a gorgeous view and literally steps from the sea! It is bright and beautiful - the steps are small and steep so packing light is essential. The photos are spot on. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Our family of 4 including two teenage boys enjoyed our few days and loved Riomaggiore-we wish we could have stayed longer!

Very interesting place tucked in. The layout is different and if you do not like stairs, it isn't the place for you. But it does have nice views and is centrally located in town. Definitely not a place for suit cases, unless you leave them on the first floor, as the stairs are very tight.Still a fun place to spend a few nights in Riomaggiore.

A typical house just few steps from everything

This charming and typical tiny house is well renovated and localed few steps from all you need (train station, harbour, beach and bests restaurants in Riomaggiore).

The property is exactly as advertised. 4 floors with one room per floor and a tiny spiral staircase. Very charming. Two balconies overlook the gulf. One in the sun and one in the shade. Two considerations: the beds are very short. If you are over 5-11, you will not fit. The staircase is super narrow. Our backpacks were a great fit, but a suitcase could not make it. If you are a broad shouldered man, you have to turn sideways. The location is fantastic. Great access to the main part of town, gulf views and RIGHT ON the Cinque Terre trail. A great stay.

Just home from our Italy trip, we stayed for 3 nights in Riomaggiore. The apartment is as described- a four story house, very typical of the area. - you can pick it out in nearly every post on Riomaggiore & the view from the front door is a popular photo. The house worked really well for myself, husband and daughter (16)The stairs are tight, but manageable & as recommended- any large cases should be left on the ground floor. Rooms were clean and fresh, real Italian vibe. We visited Italy during a heatwave, the aircon was fantastic! A modern remote controlled system on every floor. Location is perfect. Head out your door and down to the harbour for a morning & evening swim. Then at sunset walk over to the high wall or harbour rocks to watch the sunset. Once you have your bearings, getting around is easy and the train station is a 6 min walk ( up and down steps) We arrived from Pisa to Cinque Terre & visited all the towns, by train & walked to Manarola via Via dell’amore.Our host Antonio was excellent, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We were met by Lucio when we arrived and he was lovely , very informative and available if we had any questions.

Super Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, dabei dennoch nah am Zentrum. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
