"For such a rate, I’d run to 5-star hotel or to Tropicana Suites just close by with complete amenities and breakfast, swimming pool and gym. A huge living and dining area and full kitchen with lower rate.
Yucky toilet and a shower room you can barely stand. Owner’s representative makes you feel like a thief that shows arrogance as if we are in dire need of their unit.
I’d strongly suggest to rather find somewhere else."

"Very quick check-in . All staff: doormen, porters, room service crew , restaurant and front desk staff, are nice and awesome, they do great job making customer feel happy and comfortable in the hotel. Room was very clean , love the non-carpeted floor. Sunday lunch buffet , though not much main dishes to choose from, tastes really good. Love the location, so close to malls, big grocery stores and small convenience stores. They have shuttles to those malls , I have not been able to use them...

"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around.
Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"An excellent hotel.
The staff are attentive and helpful.
A bit tacky the staff ask for online reviews but that is a very minor point. Not sure if that is the norm but we were not used to it.
The lounge has limited food options but the drinks are good.
The gym and pool are nice.
The nearby malls have many dining options.
There are several local businesses nearby not in the malls that are interesting including the museum.
The executive lounge and the breakfast are good.
We will definitely consider...

"The area was convenient but the downside was the laundry/dryer. Of the 3 times I stayed in this hotel, it was working only once.
The pool was nice but gets crowded. Breakfast buffet selection was great, but quite pricey. It isn't worth it considering its proximity to restaurants in the area. Also, room service pamphlet wasn't updated. We didn't get to order through SMS and had to go downstairs to order our food."
