"Outstanding service! The room was nice and comfortable - it’s a Novotel and you know what you will get. What really set it apart for us was the service. Everyone was so nice to us and super helpful. Krystal helped check us in and provided massage recommendations since their spa would be closed at the time that worked for us. The massage place turned out to be amazing. Then the breakfast buffet next morning was another wonderful experience - the spread was huge, but Vy really made it special...

"The staff so really helpful and accommodating, the the bell hops at the main entrance, the reception staff (really helpful) to the waiting staff in the restaurant - they all made sure you were looked after and were very attentive to what ever you needed. Special mention to the little Pizzeria place down the bottom as you go down the escalators… life saver when the restaurant is closed and love the burgers (must try)."
