"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at Tusan Hotel and left with great memories.
We originally had a 4-night reservation, but the day before our trip our car window cracked and we had to delay our arrival. We contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, and Ms. İlknur from the Hotel Reservations Department was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though our reservation was non-refundable, she helped move our stay one day forward. Her understanding and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier,...

"This is a really good all inclusive hotel, the food is above average and the drinks are average. The pools are really nice and the hotel is right on the beach. Although the hotel is remote (about 30 mins from Kusadasi or 100 lira taxi). The rooms are nice but the beds were extremely uncomfortable, also we felt the daily cleaning was slightly below par, although on the whole the room was clean, there was a stain on the carpet and sink wasn't cleaned well each day.
This was our second stay (after...

"Ondermaatse bezetting.
