"This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here. We find all the staff very friendly and helpful even the grounds person was willing to show us around when we looked lost. The only negative was when arriving, they said they were taking $250 out until the end of the stay even though I had paid in full 2 months ago. I think it should be mentioned by email before the holiday so you can budget, as I normally budget for this holiday and taking that amount out, leaves me with not as much spending money...

"The apartment is spacious and clean. I will give it all 5 stars except for the fact that during our 3 day stay, the pump in the heated swimming pool is out of order. The manager has told us that if the pool cannot be fixed, they may arrange the guests to swim in the adjacent Sofitel hotel. Unfortunately, we have to leave after the 3 days' stay and would be grate if the arrangement can be made as soon as the pool matter is unsolved."

"Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic for kids with the sand to play in and there are communal sand toys if you forget your own. Pool bar is great for food and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful and the onsite restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend you book ahead for the teppanyaki restaurant and also the buffet night at the main restaurant. We will stay here again! The staff are also, all wonderful. "
