"Lovely place but our room could have done with a refurb as some of the woodwork around the bathroom door had started to rot. The spa was amazing so we would stay again just ask for a different room. "

"The location is beautiful and so is the hotel. The only thing that let it down was a bit of clumsyness: Cleaning of the room, dirty plates left in the room, no new toilet roll added, the room was 1st floor with stairs, we travelled with a young child and were unaware there was no lift before arrival. I would just expect better from a 5*"
