"Nice hotel and beautiful location but very very busy, difficult to get in and out. Front desk not very good for both check in and check out. Got there at 4:30 after travelling for quite a few hours and room not ready, my friend asked for us to be upgraded to a suite said the charge was $400 extra so we accepted.
