"Excellent customer service. Comfortable bed, large, clean room. Beautiful view and grounds. Lots of amenities- binoculars and bicycles available to be lent. It was our anniversary and a bottle of nice wine was sent to our room for us. All the staff, friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay. We will go again.
We had dinner at Drake‘s restaurant. The food was pretty good, but the service was below the standard one would expect. Very slow to take our order, time between courses was way too...

"Although the purpose of the trip was a funeral, the Harvest Inn was a perfect respite and a beautiful place to relax and reflect. The amenities were wonderful, including the complimentary bottle of wine. The room and the grounds were beautiful and peaceful.
A perfect Napa Valley experience."

"The room was not quite ready when we checked in around 11pm. Toilet has pee mark on it. Sink is broken so water not draining that we have to fix it ourselves as it was pretty late. When check out next day and shared these to staff, they didn’t say anything. The room has only one robe so we needed another one to go to mineral pool and I went to front desk to request it , they said they will ask stuff to deliver one it didn’t happen the whole morning. And my son left his contact lens in hotel....
