"I didn't realise I was actually booking an airbnb. They did no cleaning, I had to clean the bath before we used it. We virtually had no tv the whole time we were there(10 nights). We reported this to them 3 times and it took 8 days for somebody to appear. The reception staff were very helpful but were unable to do anything because it was a third party who ran it. "

"They have 3 pools. One was closed and other two have an occupancy limit so were not able to use any. Room did not come with complimentary water like it said. Nice coffee bar but also no complimentary coffee. One of the front desk workers was rude after us being there for an hour since expedia did not book our room. Water in bathroom kept clogging. I booked a premium suite with balcony and ended up with a deluxe and no balcony. They said they couldn’t do anything about it and expedia never...
