"Lots of space in our suite. Quiet and comfortable for the most part. The bed was too soft for my taste so quality of sleep could have been better. We had a lot of pressure when we checked in to participate in a timeshare presentation. The free shuttle to Planet Hollywood was a nice feature. Overall good experience."

"I am writing to express my concern and profound dissatisfaction regarding a situation during my recent stay at Las Vegas
I made an error in my reservation originally booking the room through Tuesday 28th instead of Wednesday 29th morning.
At 3:30 PM on Tuesday, housekeeping was cleaning the room, and all our luggage and staff had been removed.
It should have been evident that the room had not been intentionally vacated.
My account at Hotels.com had full contact details available, my phone...

"I could not be happier with this stay. Amazing location - 5 minute walk to the lazy river, 5 minute walk to MGM casinos. Nice strip view. Yet - unbelievably quiet. It was lovely having a one bedroom with separate sitting room and a full kitchen for less half of most strip hotel rooms. I will stay here again for sure. "
