The tub had broken buttons and we couldnt use the jets and the door handle for our shower was broken when we got there.

Great hotel I will be back the only thing I fell by the pool because the sand was so hot and steep, I got hurt really bad. My leg got a nasty bruise with a few scrapes. I think the layout beds are too close together. My leg got caught on one of those beds trying to get to My bed and where my shoes were so it's not really a safe area. I don't believe I mean, I didn't report to the hotel or anything and none of the lifeguards came over and said anything or asked me if I was OK or anything, but I got really hurt but other than that I had a blast at the Virgin and it is a really good nice hotel. I have the nicest room.

Everything was amazing clean very comfortable bed , smoke free resort, quiet , away from the strip . It was our second time staying , will stay again and highly recommend the hotel resort
