Aston Manado hotel dis not provide any water at all not in bottle and not in the corridor water supply which was all the time empty. "the checkin was super easy and smooth.. front desk clerk came and opened the door upon arrival, big smile on his face and from then on i had a new friend in Makassar.. any questions i just asked him and not only did he answer them but would tell me better way or place than what i was thinking.. the food in the restaurant as well as the service was perfect.Coto Makassar huge sreving and just ENAK.. "A little isolated from the centre of Palu but by the water. I spent one night in the Villa section and two nights in the hotel section. There was a problem with the cooling unit which was mostly fixed in a short time. The staff were friendly and competent. Food was good and it was much as I remembered it from a previous stay. The beds were comfortable. I had stayed before and I would stay there again."

"From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. I was warned not to go here and instead to Swiss Bell or something, and I should have listened. For the shuttle, I’d understand if it was just out of service that day or something - but...

"Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure."
