"A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! "

"The room we were booked into had some maintenance issues and seen better days. Alex the Duty manager was great- showed us an alternative room in the main building and personally took care of moving luggage. Only thing that takes away from 5* was the attitude and service of some of the bar and waiting staff, breakfast seemed a bit all over the place in both getting a table and the service, young staff arguing about what time it finished and bumping into tables - some 6th form common room...
