The young lady who checked us in was great, very friendly and helpful. We did not like having to schedule a breakfast time, especially after check in front desk staff offered no flexibility when we had a tour scheduled prior to the available breakfast time they gave us but we went to the restaurant anyway and they accommodate us. "Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, great / easy check-in. Parking very handy. Our only gripe is only getting 2 coffee sachets and 2 very small milks each day and when you ask the woman on reception for more in the evening she very begrudgingly gives you just 2 of each again and is not happy you asked "
