The staff are all very helpful and attentive. Location is good being 15 minutes from the heart of the city and with shops only yards away on Rue Hoche. "Great place to stay for both families and couples! Nicely located in the centre of town, walking distance to all the shopping and dining. Also the hotel lobby has free coffee machine that makes hot chocolate too. Free water and sparkling water as well as nicely brewed herbal tea. Love the friendly staff and don’t forget to try their breakfast option, it’s quite nice, everything is done just right, including the drinks. "

"I can’t talk enough of the spa and swimming pool access option of the hotel! You will not regret it! It’s just a great way to end our wonderful time at Lyon with some self-care in their amazing spa facility. It’s also super nicely managed and clean. Especially in love with their Grotto pool. Breakfast is also nice and just what we needed. Love the laundry room that allowed us to do some laundry for a family trip.
